Remote Monitoring of Industrial Equipment via Current Measurement

This 2-channel module is designed for measuring voltage values output from industrial analog sensors and other devices.
Equipped with an internal A/D converter and voltage divider resistors, it accurately measures voltage signals from analog sensors connected through the dedicated Y-terminals of the module.
The module supports a wide measurement range (nominal 0 V to ±24 V), enabling flexible application across various types of industrial equipment.
The measured data is transmitted as uplink data through the BraveJIG Router to host applications, allowing easy remote monitoring and data analysis of industrial systems.

The module connects to the router using Bluetooth® technology.

The module communicates with the router via Bluetooth® Low Energy. Communication of several hundred meters is also possible in Bluetooth® Long Range mode.

Various power supply options available depending on site conditions

Power supply to modules can be selected according to installation conditions and sensing frequency. Options include power from the router via module cable, from a BraveJIG Battery, from a distribution board or AC power source via an external power conversion adapter, or from a mobile battery using a Module USB Type-A conversion cable.

Measurement accuracy is verified under Braveridge’s standard inspection and measurement conditions.
Stable measurement can be achieved when powered by battery; however, when using external power sources, measurement errors may occur due to power supply noise.
For high-precision measurement, we recommend using an isolator or similar device to minimize noise interference.
